CVP1 Governance
Cascade village park is governed by our Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Reservations (the CC&R's).
Each year during our Winter Meeting you will have an opportunity to elect new board members to represent you in two year terms. Once installed your board is charged with faithfully executing the rules outlined in the CC&Rs. Over the years your board has created processes and procedures which help facilitate the execution of the CC&Rs. You can find these rules in the documents below.
