


Notice from the Board
September 21st, 2025

The board will meet monthly on the last Monday of the month at the President's Home, 10-105. This is to improve transparency as we conduct routine business. All board meetings are open to owners who wish to view the deliberation. Board meetings may be cancelled if there is no business to conduct, or if there are less than three board members present.

Our Bylaws mandate two owner meetings a year. These meetings will be on the last Monday of January and the last Monday of June.

The Bylaws have been added to the site.

We will be holding elections for three board positions in the winter. Each position is a two year term.

Winter meeting minutes posted.

Next meeting tentatively scheduled for March 26th, 2025. Will be held at 10-105, 6:30PM. Agenda will be to ratify votes from the election, welcome new board members, reorganize the board, and time permitting perform a policy review.

Fall meeting minutes have been posted.

Winter meeting is scheduled for December 4th between 6pm and 8pm. The location is still being determined. (Currently seeking Library Evergreen Branch) The winter meeting will be focused on reviewing and setting the budget for 2025.

Between Spring and Winter there we will hold yearly elections. Three director positions will open in 2025. We will seek candidate statements after the new year.



CVP1 Governance
Cascade village park is governed by our Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Reservations (the CC&R's).
Each year during our Spring Meeting you will have an opportunity to elect new board members to represent you in two year terms. Once installed your board is charged with faithfully executing the rules outlined in the CC&Rs. Over the years your board has created processes and procedures which help facilitate the execution of the CC&Rs. You can find these rules in the documents below.
